Richard is now semi-retired, following an impressive and substantial career in Architecture. He joined Metters and Wellby in 1986 after working overseas for 15 years in Africa, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has helped to shape the team's creative vision, nurturing talents and inspiring them to progress in their architectural careers.
