Metters and Wellby Architects were instructed at the start of this project, and oversaw the project until completion. Metters and Wellby Architects produced concept architectural plans, created 3D renders and produced documents needed to achieve planning permission. We then managed the design elements pf the construction phase, working closely with the project team to ensure a stunning finished design.
The apartments have replaced two tired 1970's bungalows and have transformed the plot into eight contemporary luxury apartments.
The striking contemporary swimming pool features a reflective ceiling, which cascades light through the room. The swimming pool makes the apartments highly appealing to the luxury holiday rental market.
Ensuring to capitalise on the natural landscape and sea views, the building design uses large glass windows and balconies, providing far reaching coastal views across Bude.
The interior design style perfectly complements contemporary architecture. The apartments are the embodiment of seaside living, with large open-plan social areas and modern bedrooms with minimalist ensuite bathrooms.
