Refined Coastal Renovation Ship House
Set in the conservation area of Appledore, this award-winning renovation transformed a tired mid terrace cottage into a clean, minimalist coastal retreat. Our team guided the project from concept and planning through to detailed interior design—creating open-plan living, a bespoke staircase, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections that maximise estuary views. Despite limited site access and conservation constraints, we secured planning approval, retained the historic façade, and managed all logistics via the front entrance—ultimately delivering a beautifully refined home completed in 2020.
