Cann Orchard is a stunning barn conversion with a modern extension, nestled in the heart of the Cornish countryside near Marhamchurch, Bude. The original barn was in a state of decay, requiring significant restoration to prevent further deterioration. Recognising its potential, we collaborated with our client to design a home that seamlessly integrates traditional elements with contemporary architecture.
Throughout the planning process, we managed all aspects, including preparing detailed statements and negotiating with planning authorities, to secure the necessary approvals. Despite the challenges, we successfully obtained consent for the project.
Following approval, we created compelling CGI visuals to help estate agents market the property. These images vividly depict the transformation, offering prospective buyers a glimpse into the property's future. We’re very excited to collaborate with the new owners to bring this vision to life, creating a beautiful home that honours its heritage while embracing modern living.
